Andreas Rheinhardt f37cfb370f avcodec/avcodec: Deprecate intra_dc_precision ...

It is only used by the MPEG-2 encoder, so replace it
by a private option instead. Use a more elaborate term
for it: intra_dc_precision ("dc" could be anything).
