The docs/guide/team-mode.md guide existed but was not cross-linked from
any other docs page, making it discoverable only by filename. Add:

- overview.md: entry in 'What's Next' section alongside Installation,
  Orchestration, and Agent-Model Matching guides.
- features.md: 'Team Mode (experimental, OFF by default)' subsection
  under the Agents block with a one-line summary and a link to the
  full guide.

Both additions are minimal, link-only edits. No content is duplicated;
the Team Mode Guide remains the single source of truth.
