The NUT and avi demuxers only need ff_codec_movvideo_tags and so this removes a dependency on the rest of isom.c as well as on mpeg4audio.c (which isom depends on); it is similar for the Matroska demuxer and muxers, except that the mpeg4audio.c dependency can't be avoided. Contributing
Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list using
git format-patch or git send-email. Github pull requests should be
avoided because they are not part of our review process and will be ignored.
